Mission

NGC’s vision is to empower the generation already in the leadership and to connect the current leadership with the next generation, especially women and youth.  Through facilitating experience sharing and partnership, NGC works to influence positive change in the world. NGC is dedicated to shaping the existing and incoming generation by connecting people, exchanging expertise, and promoting advocacy on issues emerging in the 21st Century through out the world.

About NGC

The NGC Approach

The NGC uses four approaches to achieve its goals:
•  Consistent leadership training both in house and speaking engagements within public and private institutions
•  Direct dialog and communication with target group and or local people in the field of capacity building “national based capacity/expertise efforts (Immediate Action for ability to build and develop the nation).
•  Increasing knowledge by providing comparative information on the areas of concern that needs advocacy especially those affecting women and youth so as to strength both existing leadership and the next generation
•  Extensive data collecting, field recording, and documentation of the issues in the areas of concern
